Bill Risma
Owner and Manager

Bill has over 25 years of experience in wood products. Bill started his career as a forester in logging and operations, then progressed on to manage a sawmill, a thermofused melamine operation, a multi-plant operation of kitchen cabinet doors and component parts for the furniture industry. Before opening his recruiting office, Bill served as General Manager of a custom kitchen cabinet manufacturer. Bill successfully managed several turnaround opportunities spanning the country from the northeast, southwest and midwest. Bill has a Bachelor's degree in Forestry and a Master in Business Management.

With Bill's education and breadth of experience in several disciplines, he has a full understanding and sensitivity to key staffing needs.

Eric's focus is in the window and door industry nation wide. He primarily works on executive and middle management positions in production, operations, sales, marketing, engineering and finance. He has successfully exceeded client's expectations with companies that are in the top 5 of the window and door industry, numerous companies in the top 100, and companies who drive to be in the top 100.

Eric brings an educational background that includes attending Luther College, as a student-athlete, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He completed his MBA at St. Ambrose University, with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Delta Delta Mu National Honor Society. In addition, he went on to found a successful architectural millwork firm.
